Checker Plus
[ Chrome / Firefox ] extension for importing Facebook events
Adding Facebook events to the [Calendars] could not be simpler using the third party [ Chrome / Firefox ] extension The Green Programmer which allows us to add events with a few clicks of the mouse.
Once you have been grated permission (see Our Posting Guide ) all you need is to downlod either one of the extensions using the links below and follow the User Guide.
NB Please ensure the extension is installed & functioning correctly and that you have logged in using the Google Account (email) you provided us. Check these credentials appear under the Checker Plus [ Account ] tab under the Checker Plus [ Options ] settings which can be accessed by clicking on the Checker Plus icon on the browser toolbar and then the [ ⋮ ] icon which opens the Checker Plus settings.
To speed things up and to give you a feel for using the [ Chrome / Firefox ] extension please take a look at the following screen shots.

- Find the Facebook event you would like to add to our Calendar
- Click the Checker Plus icon on the toolbar to envoke the "Add to Calendar" popup. This only gets triggered if the event does not exist already.
- Now select the calendar you want to add your event to e.g. [ Milonga ] by click the Calendar dropdown box
- Click the Add to Google Calendar button to add the event to your selected calendar
- The event should be visible immediately on the choosen calendar.
And that is pretty much it. It really could not be any simpler to add existing Facebook data (events) to our [ Calendars ]
